uPVC Underground Drainage & Soil Pipe System

High-performance un-plasticized Poly Vinyl Chloride (uPVC) drainage solution designed for efficient wastewater and soil discharge in residential and commercial buildings.

The system features pipes manufactured in terracotta colour for easy underground identification, available in 82 mm drainage pipes and sizes from 110 mm to 315 mm, fully compliant with BS EN 1401 standards. Pipes are supplied in standard 6-meter lengths with special lengths available upon request.

Push-fit & Solvent Joints: Flexible jointing options with EPDM rubber ring seals (BS EN 681)
Thermal Expansion Allowance: 10 mm (3/8") accommodation for pipes up to 4 m length
Chemical Resistance: Excellent against acids, alkalis, and oils
Prefabricated Solutions: Custom items available through dedicated technical service

System Specifications & Features

Reliable Jointing System

Push-fit joints accommodate thermal expansion with patented EPDM rubber ring seals (BS EN 681) ensuring long-term leak-proof performance. Solvent socket joints available for traditional applications.

Thermal Movement Accommodation

Coefficient of linear expansion: 0.5 × 10⁻⁴ per °C. Equivalent to 1 mm per 2 m length for 10°C temperature rise with built-in expansion allowances in each socket.

Chemical Compatibility

Excellent resistance to most acids, alkalis, and oils. Not suitable for concentrated sulphuric, nitric, or chromic acids, or organic solvents. Technical consultation recommended for specialized applications.

Weather Resistance

Prolonged sunlight exposure may cause colour fading and slight reduction in impact strength, but this does not significantly affect system performance. Frost conditions do not impair functionality.

Customization Options

Complex installations supported through prefabricated items and dedicated technical service. Customized solutions available for special site requirements and bespoke applications.

Standards Compliance

Fully compliant with BS EN 1401 standards. Available in multiple sizes from 82 mm to 315 mm with standard 6-meter pipe lengths and special lengths upon request.
